These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk9 platform, including all games, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support channels available at pk9.onl. This age restriction is a legal requirement under Philippine law applicable to casino-style gambling activities. pk9 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The pk9 platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. 2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pk9 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — including accounts opened in the name of family members or third parties for use by the same person — is strictly prohibited. pk9 reserves the right to close all accounts linked to a violation of this provision and to forfeit associated balances.
2.5 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, pk9 is required to verify your identity in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations. You must submit valid government-issued Philippine identification (such as a UMID card, passport, or SSS card) and any additional documentation pk9 may request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed period may result in withdrawal suspension.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
3.2 Notification of Breach. If you believe your pk9 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk9 support immediately via live chat. pk9 will investigate and take appropriate security measures, which may include temporarily suspending your account.
3.3 Accurate Information. You represent that all information provided to pk9 during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate and truthful. Providing false information — including false age, identity, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.4 Self-Exclusion Requests. If you request self-exclusion through your pk9 account settings, you must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account or accessing the platform through another person's account. Circumvention of self-exclusion is a breach of this Agreement.
4.1 Accepted Methods. pk9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods may change without notice and are displayed in the pk9 cashier at the time of transaction.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pk9 is PHP 100 for GCash, Maya, and QR Ph transactions. Minimum deposits for bank transfers and card payments may differ and are displayed in the cashier.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay and PesoNet are processed within applicable network timeframes. pk9 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You represent that all funds deposited into your pk9 account are your own lawfully obtained personal funds. You are prohibited from depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, except where pk9 expressly permits a specific payment method that does not require name matching (such as certain QR payments).
4.5 Currency. All transactions on pk9 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). pk9 does not apply currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Transactions initiated in other currencies may be subject to conversion charges applied by your payment provider.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available on pk9 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of each promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your pk9 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. pk9 maintains systems to detect and prevent the abuse of promotional offers. Behaviour that pk9 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including exploiting wagering patterns, coordinating with other players to meet requirements, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Withdrawal Order. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, withdrawals will be processed in the following order: (1) real money balance, then (2) bonus funds after wagering requirements are met.
5.5 Promotions Modification. pk9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not contractual entitlements and their availability may vary by account or player segment.
6.1 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) game outcomes on pk9 are determined by certified RNG systems supplied by licensed game providers. pk9 does not manipulate game outcomes. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of pk9.
9.2 Licence to Use. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, pk9 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the platform or any of its content.
10.1 No Warranty. The pk9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pk9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, communication errors, or unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
10.3 Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, pk9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of your real-money balance at the time the relevant incident occurred.
pk9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. 12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your pk9 account at any time by contacting pk9 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 pk9-Initiated Termination. pk9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, regulator instruction, or any other circumstance that pk9, in its sole discretion, determines warrants account action. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, pk9 may withhold account balances pending investigation.
pk9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the pk9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and your use of the pk9 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14.2 Regulatory Oversight. pk9 operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints relating to pk9's compliance with its regulatory obligations may be referred to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
14.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pk9, you should first contact pk9 support to attempt informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
